As the Training, Operations Readiness, and Emergency Drills Manager, you will oversee vital training programs, emergency drills, and operational readiness planning. This position ensures that all personnel and stakeholders are well-prepared for the smooth operation of the railway. Your collaboration with teams from Safety, Security, and external emergency services will drive successful transitions from construction to effective service operation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop operations readiness plans and standard procedures
• Coordinate training delivery across internal teams and stakeholders




• Lead emergency preparedness programs and simulation exercises
• Document outcomes of emergency drills and training activities
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and facilitate planning sessions

Requirements:
• 8+ years in railway or transit operations
• Experience in emergency management and training development
• Bachelor's in Engineering or related fields
• Robust communication and leadership skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
