You will be responsible for leading daily operations, coaching team members, and ensuring strategic alignment throughout the supply chain. Key Responsibilities:
• Guide Supply Chain Project Coordinators daily
• Ensure successful NPI project execution through all phases
• Lead cross-functional meetings for project tracking
• Perform detailed BOM analysis and supplier risk assessment
• Manage both tactical purchasing and prototype builds
Requirements:
• 7+ years in supply chain or procurement
• Proven team leadership and coaching skills
• Robust analytical and problem-solving capability
• Experience with ERP systems
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
