Become a critical part of McCain Foods as a full-time Packaging Operator in Florenceville-Bristol, New Brunswick. This role involves operating and maintaining advanced packaging machinery and ensuring quality standards.

As a skilled Packaging Operator, you will manage the setup, monitoring, and changeover of packaging equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Your responsibilities will include performing quality checks, maintaining documentation, and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). This position plays a key role in achieving production targets and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate packaging machinery, including computerized equipment
• Perform quality checks on materials and product codes




• Maintain tool shadow boards and tape inventory
• Document production and ensure accuracy in product codes
• Participate in team meetings and training programs

Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience with packaging machinery preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to lift 30 lbs unassisted
• Solid problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Willingness to embrace change and cross-train
