Key Responsibilities:
• Support physical and personal care alongside nursing staff
• Promote patients’ independence and dignity daily




• Establish relationships with clients and their families
• Record nutrition and hydration intake for proper care
• Assist in preventative skincare to ensure health

Requirements:
• Current P.S.W. certificate from a recognized institution
• Experience in Post-Acute or Acute Care settings
• Training in Gentle Persuasive Approach valued
• Background in psychogeriatrics and responsive behaviors
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
