Lakeridge Health is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner for its Mental Health & Addictions Program. This role requires a Masters of Nursing and the ability to perform patient assessments and consultations in a fast-paced environment. You will join a multi-site, inter-skilled Crisis Intervention Team and work collaboratively to support both youth and adults.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide psychiatric assessments and consultation services
• Diagnose and manage mental health and substance use disorders
• Prescribe medication and interpret diagnostic tests




• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and discharge planning
• Advocate for clients and their families in care decisions

Requirements:
• Current RN (EC) registration with Nurse Practitioner certificate
• 2+ years of experience in Mental Health & Addictions
• Effective communication skills with team and community partners
• Commitment to trauma-informed practices
• Proven track record of attendance and performance
