The State of Minnesota’s MMCAP program seeks an Attorney for the Legal and Compliance unit to provide expert legal guidance, draft contracts, RFPs, notices, and analyses to maintain regulatory compliance while fostering relationships with purchasing officials, pharmacists, auditors, and other stakeholders.
The role requires a J.D. and four years in legal contracting, with the option of up to 50% telework; in office attendance may be required for meetings and coverage tasks.
