This full time role involves working closely with teachers and a multi-disciplinary team to implement educational strategies tailored to individual student needs. You will provide support in cognitive, communication, physical, and social development, along with ensuring a safe and structured learning environment. The emphasis is on using positive reinforcement and collaboration to facilitate student success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support students in cognitive and social skill development
• Collaborate with teachers and specialists for effective programs




• Implement behaviour management and educational strategies
• Observe and record student behaviour for positive outcomes
• Provide adaptive support and supervision during activities
Requirements:
• Educational Assistant Certificate or Diploma
• Valid First Aid Level C certification
• Able to obtain NVCI Level A&B; if required
• Physically capable of lifting and moving students
• Experience working with students with disabilities
Effectively contribute to the growth and independence of students through tailored education and support.
