Your New Role As themercial Building Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair ofmercial building systems.

You will be responsible for maintaining HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems while supporting tenants and ensuring properties remain safe, efficient, and well-maintained.

Key responsibilities include: Operating, monitoring, and maintaining building systems and equipment Performing preventative and corrective maintenance on HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems Responding to tenant service requests in a professional and timely manner Coordinating contractors and service providers as required Maintaining maintenance logs,pliance records,
