Job Title: Oracle Cloud SCM Consultant Job Type: Full Time Location: Toronto, ON Work Model: Onsite Job Description We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud SCM Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, enhancement, and ongoing support of Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise across Oracle SCM modules and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership to deliver scalable supply chain solutions.

The consultant will be responsible for understanding business processes, gathering requirements, performing fit-gap analysis, configuring Oracle Cloud SCM applications, supporting integrations and testing, and providing functional guidance throughout the implementation and support lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze business requirements related to supply chain processes.

Configure and support Oracle Cloud SCM modules based on business requirements.

Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend appropriate Oracle Cloud solutions.

Work with business stakeholders to understand supply chain processes and identify process improvements.

Design functional solutions for procurement, inventory, order management, planning, and related SCM processes.

Prepare functional specifications, process flows, configuration documents, and solution design documentation.

Configure workflows, approvals, business rules, and application setups.

Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration, reports, and extensions.

Support integration testing, system testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Develop test scenarios and test cases and coordinate defect resolution with technical teams.

Troubleshoot functional issues and provide root-cause analysis and resolution recommendations.

Support Oracle Cloud quarterly releases, enhancements, and regression testing.





Provide production support and resolve business-critical SCM issues.

Conduct user training, demonstrations, and knowledge-transfer sessions.

Maintain functional documentation and support project and audit requirements.

Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience Robust hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud SCM .

Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Supply Chain Management business processes.

Experience with Oracle SCM modules such as Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, and Supply Chain Planning .

Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into functional Oracle solutions.

Strong experience with fit-gap analysis and Oracle Cloud configuration.

Experience with functional testing, UAT, defect management, and production support.

Understanding of supply chain master data and transactional processes.

Experience working with technical teams on integrations and data migration.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Preferred Qualifications Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM implementations, upgrades, and transformation projects.

Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Exposure to Oracle Reports, OTBI, BI Publisher, or other Oracle reporting tools.

Experience with Oracle Cloud security roles and functional access.

Knowledge of Oracle Cloud quarterly update and release-management processes.

Oracle Cloud SCM certification is an advantage.

Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
