Knowledge of telephone systems.
Post-secondary education and call center experience in a quick-paced environment, along with knowledge of the transportation industry are definite assets.
Responsibilities: Process and verify drivers Pickup and delivery manifests along with necessary paperwork Basic scanning of bills to Billing department Coding of bols to different destinations.
Working station is at the check-in counter window in dispatch area
