In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, recruiting and screening qualified candidates, and supporting the staffing needs of our clients.

You will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive reliable, qualified staff while representing the company in a professional and knowledgeable manner.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, comfortable working independently, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This position is well suited to someone who takes initiative, stays organized, and is confident managing their responsibilities with minimal direct supervision.

Client Sales duties: Develop new and current client companies Maintain contact with clients to ensure high level of satisfaction Actively promote the company in a professional and knowledgeable manner.





Maintain accuracy and confidentiality concerning prospect and client accounts Provide on call/after hours support to clients Provide daily client support as required Candidate sales: Utilize high amount of outbound calls Source new applicants using various online tools and databases Recruiter duties: Manage External Staff Screen, Recruit and Select candidates that fit the clients needs Maintain complete files and update them regularly in both electronically and manually Required skills: Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills Qualified, employer-focused, written skills Strong working knowledge of communication principles and practices Ability to operate a computer and peripherals, with typing skills of 40WMP or more Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Power

Point and Excel Robust project management and time management skills Meet tight multi-deadlines in a fast-paced, often pressured environment Natural ability to recognize a variety of needs and independently create efficient plans Able to stay focused on task at hand while simultaneously recognizing information for future use and capturing it efficiently to easily locate at the appropriate time.
