FYidoctors - Whistler clinic is seeking a Patient Services Specialist to deliver exceptional service and support to our patients in a rapid-paced, team-oriented environment. The role focuses on welcoming patients, coordinating care, and ensuring a smooth experience from check-in to check-out.
This full-time position (30-40 hours per week) offers opportunities to perform pre-testing, coordinate appointments, manage billing, and assist with eyewear fittings.
