In this full time role, you will engage customers by understanding their needs in musical gear rentals and sales. You will demonstrate products, answer queries, and create inviting shop environments. This position requires a proactive approach in problem-solving while maintaining product knowledge and good organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in selecting musical instruments and gear
• Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively
• Answer phone inquiries professionally and promptly




• Follow up on product orders with suppliers
• Maintain store appearance and participate in staff meetings

Requirements:
• Must be an active musician with instrument proficiency
• Availability for weekdays, evenings, and weekends
• Strong verbal communication and a positive attitude
• High energy levels and commitment to work
• Previous retail or sales experience is a plus
