How You’ll Make an Impact
Chair side assisting with Orthodontist for orthodontic procedures
Managing the patient experience through exceptional customer service skills
Take intra-oral photo records and radiographs.
Perform Invisalign scans.
Ability to take impressions
Sterilization of instruments by adhering to the RCDSO infection control protocols
Confidence with providing oral health education to our patients and families.
Ability to perform other duties as required for the efficient operation of the practice.Such as administrative and marketing (social media) tasks.
The Teammate We’re Looking For
Successfully completed a Level 2 Dental Assistant Certificate.
NDAEB board exams written and must possess active status (asset)
HARP certification.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; proficiency with orthodontic management software systems is an asset.
Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written), with a proven ability to build strong relationships and rapport with patients, parents, doctors, fellow team members and the community.
Keen attention-to-detail and time management skills.
Strong conflict resolution, problem solving and decision-making skills.
