We at Raise are hiring a Assistant Professional for one of our top clients. After establishing themselves as an industry leader, they’re now expanding their team to meet rising demand.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up on invoices and related administrative activities.
Lead and organize meetings.
Review and work with data.
Maintain databases and ensure information is kept accurate and up to date.
Perform accurate data entry.
Support and coordinate small projects.
Manage multiple priorities and respond to ad hoc requests.
Provide general administrative and operational support as required.
Qualifications and Experience
3–5 years of experience in administration, office management, facilities management, or a related area.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience supporting small projects and coordinating project-related activities.
Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and ad hoc requests simultaneously.
Robust customer service and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working with individuals at all levels of the organization, from technicians to the CEO.
Familiarity with SAP, particularly for following up on invoices, is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
