The Planning Assistant provides essential space planning and project coordination expertise within the Facilities and Campus Development department. This role is responsible for managing campus-wide space allocations and maintaining the integrity of our FMS Systems software. As an experienced AutoCAD user, you will maintain as-built record drawings and develop strategic space plans that optimize our physical footprint. You will act as a key collaborative partner, working directly with both Academic / Non-Academic Stakeholders, Project Managers, Building Systems, Maintenance, and Campus Safety to ensure seamless alignment across all institutional operations.
Position Qualifications Diploma in Interior Design Technology preferred / Tech Diploma
Starting Salary Range (at 1.0 FTE) Starting Salary Range (at 1.0 FTE) $5,126.00 - $5,732.00 monthly
Full Salary Range (at 1.0 FTE) Full Salary Range (at 1.0 FTE) $5,126.00 - $6,337.00 monthly (AUPE - Grade 10)
