Lactalis Canada, located in Brampton, seeks a Manufacturing Optimization Specialist to drive improvement in Safety, Quality, OEE, capacity, labour costs, and productivity. You will develop and implement corrective actions and CI projects across plant operations.
Role requires an engineering degree and 3+ years in production with high speed packaging, plus experience leading CI teams and implementing SOPs. Solid problem solving and teamwork are essential, with CAD/SAP proficiency a plus.
