NORR is seeking an experienced Architect specializing in justice projects to join our dynamic team. With over 30 years in the design of judicial buildings, your role will involve multi-faceted design that meets legal and operational requirements. You will work closely with a team, leveraging your architectural software skills while coordinating with other disciplines throughout all project phases.
Key Responsibilities:
• Compile and analyze information for project requirements
• Develop architectural designs to meet quality and budget needs
• Coordinate design intent with engineering and other disciplines
• Create design reports, drawings, and models as per standards
• Perform site visits for compliance with construction documentation
Requirements:
• 10-15 years of project work experience
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and PhotoShop
• Familiarity with MEP and structural systems
• Registered with a relevant architectural association
• Completed related post-secondary education
