Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the interprofessional rehabilitation team. The focus is on the stroke/neurological population, with potential involvement in transplant, amputee, burns, trauma, oncology, and musculoskeletal cases.
You will conduct assessments, develop care plans, educate patients and families, monitor progress, and coordinate with OTA/PTA staff.
