As a strategic advisor with over 5 years of HR experience, you will manage the law student program while providing solutions in employee relations, talent development, and performance coaching. Your organizational skills will ensure smooth administration amidst advisory responsibilities, impacting a diverse international clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise Practice Group Leaders on tailored HR solutions
• Manage employee relations, compensation, and workforce planning
• Lead annual performance, compensation reviews, and onboarding
• Oversee law student program, including feedback and coaching
• Analyze talent trends to boost engagement and retention
Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in legal services
• Skilled HR designation is an asset
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
• English essential; French is an asset
