Job Overview
We are in search of a reliable Technician Support who can proficiently carry outdifferent remodeling and maintenance tasks on our properties.
You shouldpossess the ability to lift at least 50 lbs and be proficient in handlinghand and power tools. Prior experience as an electrician or carpenter wouldbe an added advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities
Requirements analysis
Managing lifecycle design and deployments
Systems integration
Budget/schedule responsibility
Track meetings and provide required reporting.
Performother duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities
Previoustechnical/installation experience in building automation
Previoustechnical/installation experience in building Fire and Security
Businessdevelopment, ability to educate clients on Honeywell systems and products.
Strong knowledge, understanding, andimplementation of Windows Operating systems.
Ability to manage virtual environments.
Computer science
Positive written and oral communication
Ability to follow instructions and identifymistakes
Knowledge of ICT/Cybersecurity fundamentals,Intermediate to Advanced computer skills
Demonstrated experience in organizing anddirecting work activities according to priorities, and to meet deadlinesinvolving multiple systems projects and vendors.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsand the ability to develop innovative and creative solutions in a complexmultiple system environment.
Previous exposure to a site base, constructionenvironment
Working Conditions
This role requires work onsite at anOffice in Ottawa, Ontario. This position generally works Monday to Friday, 7:00amto 3:30pm Eastern time.
