What You’ll Do Partner with the Restaurant General Manager to support daily operations across multiple unitsLead by example on the floor, ensuring strong guest service and smooth service flowRecruit, train, coach, and develop Food Travel ExpertsAssign daily goals, tasks, and shift coverage to meet operational needsMaintain merchandising, inventory levels, and brand standardsMonitor sales performance and support cost control effortsEnsure compliance with company policies and provincial health & sanitation standardsSupport office and admin functions including scheduling, payroll, inventory, and receiving What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years of food & beverage management experienceExperience in casual dining requiredStrong shift leadership and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProven ability to handle conflict, work under pressure, and make sound decisionsExcellent communication skills (English required; French bilingualism an asset)Organized, reliable,
