A Taleo client is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Lead to provide leadership and oversight across testing activities for complex technology initiatives. The successful candidate will bring a robust background in quality assurance, test planning, and team leadership, with the ability to work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and project leadership to ensure solutions are delivered to a high standard of quality.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the overall QA and testing strategy across projects and initiativesDevelop and oversee test plans, test cases, test scripts, and testing schedulesCoordinate functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testingProvide guidance and mentorship to QA analysts and other testing resourcesReview business and technical requirements to ensure appropriate test coverageLead defect management activities, including prioritization, tracking, escalation, and resolutionWork closely with developers, business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to identify and resolve quality issuesSupport and coordinate UAT activities with business usersMonitor testing progress, risks, dependencies, and quality metrics,
