- The candidate must have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- The candidate must supervise 1 to 2 people.
- The candidate must supervise food service counter attendants and food preparers.
- The candidate should be client‑focused.

- The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
- The candidate should be flexible.
