Our Montreal based client is seeking an experienced

Bilingual Success

Factors Consultant to join their project immediately and will run for 6 months with possibility of an extension.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in SF with deep, hands-on experience across EC environments, Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, and Merit.

This is an Onsitework schedule.

Key Responsibilities: Configure and maintain SAP Success

Factors modules across Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, and Merit.

Support end-to-end implementations from requirements gathering and system design to testing, go-live, and post-launch support.

Partner with HR and business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable,



compliant Success

Factors solutions.

Manage system configuration changes, including workflows, business rules, permissions, and data models.

Troubleshoot and resolve module issues, integrations, and data discrepancies to keep the system running smoothly.

Support release cycles by assessing current SAP Success

Factors features, testing impact, and rolling out updates.

Develop documentation and train end users, ensuring adoption and consistent best practices across modules.

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
