Title: Mutual Fund Administrator Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite) Duration: Months Daily Responsibilities: Process financial and non-financial transactions with a high level of accuracy for Mutual Funds, Segregated Funds and Pooled Funds. (CASH, RRSP, TFSA and RESP accounts) Assist other Investor Services departments/teams in the resolution of Client issues in order to maximize client experience Pre-screen, prepare and input all financial and various non-financial transactions by standard cut off times.

Includes but is not limited to: account set-up; switches, non-complex NIGOs (Not in Good Order), Ensure all transactions are processed within Service Level Agreements (SLA) Apply all quality control procedures Must have skills: Mutual Funds/Segregated Funds industry experience required Strong attention to detail Highly motivated, detailed, and deadline orientated Strong team player,
