We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join a cooperative design team supporting enterprise software experiences in Burlington, Ontario.

This Long-term Contract opportunity will focus on strengthening a design system, shaping component standards, and improving consistency across a broad product ecosystem.

The role works closely with product, engineering, accessibility, and research partners to create scalable design solutions that balance usability, visual quality, and technical feasibility.

Responsibilities: Shape and refine design system foundations, reusable components, and interaction patterns that support consistent product experiences.

Partner with product managers, developers, and subject matter experts to define design needs, clarify priorities, and deliver practical solutions.





Build and maintain a robust Figma component library and related assets that enable designers to work more efficiently and consistently.

Coordinate design work with development timelines, ensuring deliverables are well planned and aligned with product release cycles.

Contribute to research activities by gathering insights, reviewing findings, and turning observations into meaningful design improvements.

Work alongside front-end engineers to support strong alignment between design assets and coded components.

Collaborate with accessibility stakeholders to help ensure components and patterns meet WCAG AA expectations.

Guide product teams in adopting the design system by promoting best practices and supporting implementation across the organization.
