As a Carpenter II with IKEA, you will leverage your 5 years of carpentry experience in kitchen installations and ideally 2 years in a lead role. The role focuses on supervising installation teams, handling project management, and ensuring compliance with IKEA’s high standards. Your leadership will be critical in fostering team development and resolving customer concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations of installation teams
• Onboard, train, and develop team members
• Contribute to installation sales programs and profitability




• Audit performance and installation quality
• Perform site inspections and ensure jobsite organization

Requirements:
• 5 years of finishing carpentry or kitchen installation experience
• 2 years in a lead or foreman role
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Knowledge of residential and commercial construction
• Proficient in secure power tool operation
