You will conduct customer care calls, lead studio tours, and be the first point of contact for members and guests. Participate in workouts and maintain cleanliness in office, enhancing the overall member experience.

• Execute and maintain an effective referral program
• Manage client records accurately using OTF systems

• Process cash and credit transactions with precision
• Follow cleaning protocols pre, during, and post-shift
Requirements:
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Previous sales experience preferred in quota-based roles
