Viking Community Health Centre invites a Licensed Practical Nurse to join the Home Care Team supporting the Viking Home Care program. Reporting to the Home Care Manager, you will provide quality nursing care in the community and supervise Health Care Aides.
You will apply your wound care, palliative care and client teaching skills within an interdisciplinary team, delivering patient and family centred care in wide-ranging community settings.
