Roots is seeking a Team Lead to bridge the leadership team and sales associates, supporting store operations and inspiring the team to exceed goals. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, the Team Lead provides coverage to the Store and Assistant Managers in their absence and models exceptional customer service to create a positive in-store experience.
You will supervise daily tasks, coach staff, manage POS and banking procedures, and participate in onboarding and training.
