Shared Health in Manitoba is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide qualified nursing services for patients, including those with complex needs. You will work under supervision of the Manager, Health Services and play a leadership role within the care team.
The role includes administration of prescribed treatments, coordination of patient care and discharge planning, and adherence to the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba standards and hospital policies.
