As an essential member of MNP's accounting team, you will support clients with bookkeeping tasks, payroll functions, and financial reporting. This role requires strong accounting knowledge and a commitment to delivering exceptional service within a rapidly changing financial landscape. Work closely with clients and colleagues to address needs and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with full cycle bookkeeping and payroll functions
• Prepare and maintain related government filings and remittances




• Set up client files and complete budgets effectively
• Reconcile GL accounts and monitor financial transactions
• Develop resolutions for discrepancies with supervisors

Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of accounting experience
• 2 to 3 years of full cycle bookkeeping experience
• Strong QBO knowledge; Xero experience a plus
• Understanding of sales and payroll taxes
• Comfort with new technologies and AI
