We are seeking an experienced Cleaner for full-time positions at Boardwalk, offering either permanent or 1-year contract. Key Responsibilities:
• Clean building entrances and common areas thoroughly
• Ensure health and safety for Resident Members
• Manage cleaning of vacant suites and perform touch-ups




• Pick up interior and exterior garbage regularly
• Assist with snow removal and maintenance tasks as needed

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of cleaning experience required
• Strong time-management and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to lift up to 90kg with equipment
• Familiarity with technology is an asset
