Desjardins is seeking a member/client experience advisory agent for a full time on-site role in Canada. This is a temporary 11-month position focusing on delivering quality member and client service, guiding them through banking products and digital tools, and promoting Desjardins solutions.
You will help prevent fraud and support customers with safe, secure transactions. Minimum of a high school diploma with 2+ years of relevant experience and French language proficiency are required.
