This position focuses on both back-of-house and front-of-house operations at MCC BC. You'll engage with customers while processing donations, stocking shelves, and maintaining a welcoming retail environment. Your collaborative efforts with volunteers and colleagues will support organization objectives and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and assess incoming inventory donations
• Process, price, and stage inventory for retail
• Provide excellent customer service on the sales floor
• Handle cash,



operate till systems, and manage transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all shop areas

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience
• Knowledge of second-hand merchandise is an asset
• Commitment to a Christian faith and values
• Satisfactory criminal record check
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
