Lead the Integrated Case Management Team at Native Counselling Services of Alberta focused on supporting indigenous families with effective guidance. This role combines leadership, mentorship, and program oversight in a trauma-informed environment.
The Team Lead will supervise and support frontline staff within the Integrated Case Management Team (ICMT). Key responsibilities include caseload distribution, ensuring program compliance, and fostering a positive atmosphere for staff and clients facing complex challenges. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day supervision and mentorship to ICMT staff
• Oversee caseload distribution and program coverage
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and safety protocols
Requirements:
• In-depth knowledge of Indigenous cultures and community practices
• Experience in supervision or leadership roles
• Understanding of crisis intervention and case management principles
• Solid documentation and reporting skills
• Valid Alberta driver’s license and criminal record checks
