TJX Canada is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator for a 12-month contract to support Winners, HomeSense, and Marshalls stores nationwide. You will respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and collaborate with internal partners to enhance customer loyalty while delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced retail environment.
Ideal candidates have a minimum of 2 years in customer service, robust communication skills, and a college or bachelor’s degree in Retail or Business Management.
