Key Responsibilities:
• Greet patients and explain specimen collection procedures
• Perform phlebotomies and connect/disconnect holter monitors
• Conduct ECG tracings and special test collections




• Maintain client relationships by addressing inquiries
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing

Requirements:
• Graduate of an approved Laboratory Assistant program
• Experience in phlebotomy and ECG is advantageous
• Robust communication and computer skills
• Ability to handle patient information confidentially
• Demonstrated empathy and problem-solving capabilities
