Requirements:
• Current registration with BCCNM as an RN/RPN
• Completion of a gerontology course or equivalent experience
• Ability to manage chronic diseases and complex care
• Proficiency in nursing interventions relevant to older adults
• Knowledge in end-of-life and chronic disease management
