Job Title: Project Manager Location: Calgary, AB Duration: / Term: Contract Experience Desired: 10+ Years Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support cross-functional technology programs and coordinate engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong program coordination, stakeholder communication, timeline management, and risk management experience.

Key Responsibilities Manage cross-functional programs and projects from planning through delivery.

Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to track project progress.

Track timelines, milestones, deliverables, and project status.

Manage dependencies across multiple projects and teams.

Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues.

Communicate project status, updates, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.

Coordinate project meetings and follow up on action items.

Maintain project documentation, schedules, and status reports.

Ensure projects remain aligned with agreed timelines, scope, and deliverables.

Required Experience & Qualifications 5+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably within a technology or engineering environment.





Proven experience managing cross-functional programs involving multiple teams.

Experience coordinating engineering or technical teams.

Strong experience tracking project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.

Hands-on experience with risk and issue management.

Strong stakeholder communication and relationship management skills.

Experience working with multiple projects and competing priorities.

Robust organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure Dev

Ops, Jira, or similar platforms.

Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project management methodologies.

Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred. PMP, Scrum Master, or similar project/program management certification is an asset.
