Key Responsibilities:
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments safely
• Document and communicate patient concerns effectively
• Promote wellness and self-care among patients
• Complete assessments and individualized care plans promptly
• Guide and support unregulated care workers

Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with current registration
• BCLS and Medication Administration Certificates required
• One year of experience in Geriatric Nursing
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
• Pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
