Exciting chance for a Senior Accountant on a 6-month contract located in Mississauga. This role requires full-cycle accounting, month-end close expertise, and strong analytical skills.

Our client is seeking a Senior Accountant who will execute full-cycle accounting processes, including month-end and year-end close activities. The ideal candidate has over four years of progressive experience in corporate accounting, strong ERP system knowledge, and balance sheet reconciliation skills. You'll independently investigate and resolve accounting issues while supporting corporate functions and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle accounting processes effectively
• Prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations




• Execute detailed balance sheet reconciliations
• Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve accounting issues

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4+ years of accounting experience
• CPA designation or pursuing certification
• Advanced Excel skills with ERP system experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
