Shared Health in Brandon invites applications for a Medical Laboratory Assistant (MLA). Under supervision, the MLA assists in triaging, accessioning and processing specimens, and may perform basic procedures including phlebotomy. Maintains a protected, compliant lab environment and supports quality assurance per policies.
The role requires attention to detail, effective communication in English, and ability to work independently or in a team within a term, in-person setting.
