As part of our Private Client Services Team, you’ll engage directly in the Wealth Management cycle while assisting associates and Wealth Advisors. This internship is ideal for third or fourth-year undergraduate students specializing in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics with a keen interest in process efficiencies in a vibrant work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform data reconciliation and compliance for client portfolios
• Maintain and update client data in Salesforce CRM
• Create comprehensive reports for clients using CRM systems




• Support Wealth Advisors in client package preparation
• Provide additional assistance to Wealth Advisors as needed

Requirements:
• Minimum of one prior internship in finance or investment management
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Understanding of private client service practices an asset
