Our Client seeks a Financial Analyst on a 3-to-6-month contract, with potential for permanent placement. This operational finance role demands collaboration with leaders for analyzing results and supporting decision-making. You will be involved in key financial processes, contributing directly to a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support monthly financial close processes and reporting
• Analyze operating results against budget and forecasts
• Prepare management reports for operational leaders




• Aid in budgeting and forecasting for Ontario operations
• Collaborate with Operations Managers on performance insights

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
• 2-5+ years in financial reporting or operational finance
• Solid Excel skills for financial modeling
• Understanding of month-end close and variance analysis
• Excellent communication skills to present financial data
