Nutrien seeks an Environmental Engineering/Science student for a Co-op position, focusing on regulatory reviews, tailings management, and environmental audits. You will gain hands-on experience while addressing water resources, air emissions, and waste management. Travel to operational sites may be part of your role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support permitting and compliance activities for Potash mines
• Advise on environmental regulations and standards
• Participate in audits and environmental assessments
• Work on decommissioning and reclamation projects
• Assist with environmental remediation and compliance reporting
Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in a 4-year Environmental Engineering/Science degree
• Graduation date of August 2027 or later
• Willingness to travel to various sites
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations
• Familiarity with sustainability practices
