As an IT Purchasing Coordinator, you will plan and execute procurement support for various IT projects and site integrations. Your role is critical in liaising with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring adherence to project budgets while preemptively managing any procurement-related risks that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead procurement activities for IT initiatives and acquisitions
• Develop procurement plans with Project Managers and IT leaders
• Identify and mitigate vendor-related risks impacting projects




• Coordinate equipment orders and deployment readiness activities
• Maintain budget documentation and forecast procurement costs

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in IT purchasing or procurement
• Proficient in purchase order tracking and vendor management
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar ERP systems
• Robust analytical and communication skills
