Join a boutique neurorehabilitation clinic in Ajax as a part-time Neurological Physiotherapist. Support clients with movement disorders like Parkinson's disease through personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
You'll be key in delivering 1-on-1 physiotherapy treatment to clients living with various neurological conditions. The role involves both in-clinic sessions and home visits in the Durham region and GTA. You'll manage your independent caseload while collaborating with mental health clinicians to provide holistic care and leading group exercise classes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and treat clients with neurological disorders individually
• Conduct sessions in our clinic and patients' homes
• Collaborate with mental health clinicians for integrated care
• Maintain accurate documentation and manage caseload independently
• Lead small group Parkinson's exercise classes
Requirements:
• Registered Physiotherapist in valuable standing with the College of Physiotherapists Ontario
• Minimum 2 years experience with neurological caseloads
• Passionate about helping patients reach goals
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle access
