You'll assist in training recent employees and ensure all work complies with specifications during your shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Weld components using MIG and stick techniques
• Report damaged goods to supervision promptly
• Fill out process sheets accurately
• Maintain assigned equipment condition
• Support recent welders as required

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years welding experience required
• MIG, MCAW, FCAW proficiency established
• Ability to read shop drawings essential
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
• Must complete a welding test
